I applied for a card and charged about $200 the same day. I never received the card and it took them 4 months to send me a bill, on which they added 3 late payment fees and 2 over the limit fees (resulting from the late fees). I called them to explain why I had not paid yet. I had to request the bill. There had been no change in address and they refused to deduct the charges.
