Computer 10/28/2006

My son bought a computer at Best Buy and it would not work right. It would not hold any program. Even the printer would not work because the driver would not stay on the computer. Best buy would not stand behind the warranty even though it was less than 2 months old. more

charge card 12/6/2005

I applied for a card and charged about $200 the same day. I never received the card and it took them 4 months to send me a bill, on which they added 3 late payment fees and 2 over the limit fees (resulting from the late fees). I called them to explain why I had not paid yet. I had to request the bill. There had been no change in address and they refused to deduct the charges. PROS: CONS: late fee charges more
