My husband was in an accident that dammaged the rear bumper of our Saturn. I passed by this branch of Brock's on my way to work, so I ran in for a quick estimate during lunch. As soon as I walked in the door, a man behind the counter said (with a smirk) "Let me guess - right front bumper". I said, "Wrong - rear bumper and my husband was driving".
I let him do the estimate, but had no intention of giving him my business after that snarky comment.
