Brock's did repairs on my car and cheated on the parts. Most everything only had one screw. The paint was good and the reps were nice but it concerns me that they would cheat on the parts you can not see. Pros: null Cons: null more

brocks is fraud 10/10/2010

use at ur own risk.they didnt do my car like the damage report said they would..they charged for parts that they didnt change over.i asked about it ,but they said they changed the parts.im not a mechanic,but i can tell they didnt,the paint didnt match (it was darker)and had problems with it..i will never use again.they are just after the fast money..i will use yokem next time.i asked around and most of brocks employees went to yokem because the way brocks has become...beware of them more

What happens when you assume?!? 12/28/2005

My husband was in an accident that dammaged the rear bumper of our Saturn. I passed by this branch of Brock's on my way to work, so I ran in for a quick estimate during lunch. As soon as I walked in the door, a man behind the counter said (with a smirk) "Let me guess - right front bumper". I said, "Wrong - rear bumper and my husband was driving". I let him do the estimate, but had no intention of giving him my business after that snarky comment. more
