Despite multiple name changes (I understand Julian Lennon's lawyers forced them to give up the name Pufferfish), this place continues to please me and my lady. Last time we went, they served us the best unagi and smoked salmon nigiri we've ever eaten. We have a few other favored sushi places around town, but we go out of our way to go back to Sushi Mania. Traditionalists may not appreciate some of the fusion ideas, but really, give it a try. Try out the garlic-seared tuna roll. It's awesome. Also, they have a rare full bar at this place, though sushi and cocktails don't always make the best combo.
Pros: not busy, great sushi, service, liquor!
Cons: name changes, not traditional, decor's a bit hokey
