Be prepared to show up on time for your appointment, and still be forced to wait at least 20-30+ minutes before work is started on your hair. Even when you finally do take a seat in the chair, you'll be among at least 2 or 3 other customers having your hair done at the same time by the same stylist. Or better yet, you may show up for your appointment and find out your stylist cancelled on you (for 15th time) yet didn't have the decency to call and let you know (yes, they let you drive all the way out there only to find out you won't be having an appointment).
