Basically, the attitude is poor- customer is wrong before the employees are, as they are mostly family members. They don't care if you are a long-time customer. They don't know how to get people in and out of the door and so at times you will WAIT and WAIT and they will make it ""your fault"". This has happened enough I told them I was not coming back and they said ""We don't need anyone's business, we are fine."" Pros: average food, good bread, good parking Cons: horrible attitude, cant handle crowds more
