They used freshly made sushi rice for their rolls and nigiri. While this sounds great, it ruins the taste of the fish because the rice is warm and still moist. Sushi rice should be used when cooled. But this may be just because we showed up for lunch at noon and they just made the first batch of rice. In anycase, rice should have been made earlier or use rice from an earlier batch. Fish was not bad, I'd give it 3 out of 5 for freshness and quality. Very small restaurant, just 8 seats at the bar. Not bad to try it out, but not worth going out of your way for.
Pros: quality of fish, exotic rolls, hole in the wall feel
Cons: limited seating, warm moist rice, hole in the wall feel
