Food is decent and not that expensive (not as cheap as everyone raves about). Portions are not impressive for the price, either.
Service is non-existant, the downstairs (non-bar area) took quite a while to be served. Upstairs (the bar area) almost necessitated sending a search team to locate the food ordered about an hour ago. Subsequently, I ate a cold burrito and dried up fries. Bumbers.
HOWEVER, don't order anything from the bar but a special. The menus missing prices on most drinks (oddly enough) and you may need an oral surgeon to reconnect your jaw when the bill comes and you and a few of your friends owe a Burrito Bar around $90 for three quesedillas, two orders of fries, and 7 drinks between you. Our own fault, but about $9.00 for a drink is a bit out of line (especially when it's 70% ice).
Don't believe the hype.
Pros: Food is decent
Cons: Horrible Service, Gets expensive fast, Crowded
