I've never liked seafood, much less ""sushi""... but when I got married, it was a must to eat sushi atleast once a month. So, my wife went out to quite a few different places in the Triangle searching for that perfect sushi place. She was determined to convert me to a sushi eater. We went out to several places. Some of them did not implant a good first impression. Then we found Little Tokyo.
I was VERY surprised at the food. I'm still not a ""raw"" sushi fanatic, but the sushi here was great compared to the other sushi places I've visited (cheap or expensive). The dishes aren't humungous, but the extra complimentary soup, salad, and crab appetizer was enough to leave you satisfied.
Prices are very reasonable. The atmosphere is simple and casual, with a little modern Japanese soft rock for the background music. The waiters are very friendly.
Pros: Quality Food, Good Prices, Friendly Waiters
Cons: Small Parking Lot
