My wife and I love this restaurant. (See her early review below about the great bread and the pasta trio.) The bread with dipping oil is still the best. I love the spaghetti, but somebody has changed the way they make the pasta trio. This used to be a served on a plate; stuffed shells, lasagna, and raviolli (I think) with the most delicious herby tomato sauce. Now it is packed tightly into an oval baking dish, then either put in the oven or under the broiler. There is very little of the tomato sauce that always made this dish so great. Now it is crusty and dry, a hugh disappointment. Please change it back - until then we will still come, but will order other dishes. Until now, everything at this restaurant was superior. Please don't tweak your great recipes.
Pros: Bread with Dipping Oi, Great Value, Fresh Ingredients
Cons: Changed PastaTrio-Dry
