I lived here for over 7 years and would have never moved if my boyfriend didn't have a dog. NOW they accept dogs so I'm disappointed- but I bought my first house so I guess I can't be that disappointed!
The place is absolutely great- location, amenities- and the management is absolutely incredible! I felt like I had an extended family and still keep in touch with them. Tough the building is right off 14th- it is very quiet but super close to everything. If you have a car you just sign up for the free parking pass with Denver. I only did my first 2 years but the buses are so convenient and close it didn't even matter. Great for students or people that work or want to be close to downtown. I miss this neighborhood! The building is beautiful and has incredible character. Would recommend to anyone!
