I have been there to purchase books a few times, and I wasn't impressed. They gave no assistance or service.
They also were not near as friendly as they should be.
They are in a fairly richer section and the prices show that.
If they don't have the book you want they can order it.
We have several other book stores in the area that I would prefer. Such as borders. They give a much friendlier atmosphere and you can sit and read, all day if you want to, and then purchase the book or put it back.
Very nice to there customers.
PROS: big selection of all kinds of books
CONS: also, big price for most of there books.
