As good as the deals are and as much product as the store has, if you have questions about anything, good luck on getting some help. There never seems to be anyone there that can answer specific questions...it seems they all know generally about crafts but there is no one in the store with detailed knowledge about something specific.
PROS: Good prices during sales
CONS: No one with detailed knowledge about anything
