Buyer's, Bride's & Crafter's - Beware! I tried returning left over candles from a recent event, and because I did not have the origional credit card in my hand that I purchased the candles with - Micheal's would not refund or credit the purchase to my husbands credit card - same account! A store credit does not put food on the table! The packages were never opened - in perfect condition, original Michael's bag and 30 days after purchase and with the receipt. No where on the return policy - tells you any of this! The manager would not budge and we had driven an hour to the closest store - which is where the the purchase occurred. Think twice before you make a purchase that will not be used immediately or as a gift for friends. This huge corporation has no interest in customer service! They could have given back cash, or keyed in the credit to my husbands credit card. They are only interested in keeping you spending. Tanna more

If you have pictures that need framing, this is the place to go. They have specials throughout the year for 50% off frames and it turns out to be a really great deal. The quality is comprable to places specializing in frames like Aaron brothers too. I had a bunch of pictures I had been meaning to get framed and when I heard about the special, I took them all in at once. It took about 2 weeks for them all to be finished, and I am really happy with how they turned out. more

I drive from Fort Lewis to see what this store had. I couldn't believe there was hardly anything to choose from when it came to beads and making necklaces and other type of jewelry. I will never go there again. The Michael's in Lacy is wonderful and a whole lot more organized. You can walk down isles without having to step over boxes. The Puyallup store is a MESS!! more

I have had many great experiences here. HUGE selection and very friendly employees. Yes, they are a bit pricey but they always have tons of sales so I feel it is balanced. In my opinion, the lines can get kind of long but they move fairly quick! I would def. reccommend this Michael's. more

As good as the deals are and as much product as the store has, if you have questions about anything, good luck on getting some help. There never seems to be anyone there that can answer specific questions...it seems they all know generally about crafts but there is no one in the store with detailed knowledge about something specific. PROS: Good prices during sales CONS: No one with detailed knowledge about anything more

Michael's Arts and Crafts is a great store for a new crafter or someone who's been crafting for years. There's a huge selection of unique items that are sure to keep you busy for house. Check your Sunday paper for great Michael's coupons. more

I love going to Michaels to buy a lot of my jewelry making supplies and beads. Although quite a few of these items are overpriced and I can get them a few dollars cheaper at other places, they have a lot of other good deals. If you are a scrapbooker, do crossstitch or needlepoint, decorate cakes and pastries, silk floral arrangements, or need a picture frame, Michael's is a good place to go. They also have a great arts and crafts section for kids, or for anybody. They also offer classes for different projects, and a few other cool offers including a kids club. more

Are you a crafter? Cake Decorator? You can get anything you need at this store. Although the prices are high, the employees are friendly and the lines are not long. more
