The last two times I have visited this location, I've had subpar service. It has twice taken them more than 25 minutes to print a simple order (the 2nd time, the order was "lost" in their email). The first visit, my project was handed off to 5 different people, so the person could stand around and chat. With me standing right there! Unacceptable.
