Excellent Team and Service 6/1/2010

I have always found everyone at this location to be incredibly helpful; especially since beginning my business in March 2010. They reply to emails directly and promptly; they also follow directions to call my cell too in case I've had to hit the road after I sent a job. John especially has been repeatedly helpful. \r I tried a previous location in the a while ago and was less than impressed due to lack of staff and assistance. This location has much better self-serve paper selection also. These guys are so nice, I'm bringing them Krispy Kreme next time I go in! more

Unsatisfactory service 11/25/2005

The last two times I have visited this location, I've had subpar service. It has twice taken them more than 25 minutes to print a simple order (the 2nd time, the order was "lost" in their email). The first visit, my project was handed off to 5 different people, so the person could stand around and chat. With me standing right there! Unacceptable. more
