I bought a ford a while ago, brand new, and have had nothing but issues with it. I have taken it to the service department, and they cannot seem to fix the problems in one visit. I had to have a shuttle pick me up, and it was almost 1 hr and 45 minutes late picking me up! On top of that, the people in the service department are weary about "fixing" anything that's still under warranty, I had to argue with them to get things fixed on more than one occasion. They said it wasn't "necessary, just nice". RIGHT.
