Worst

I bought a ford a while ago, brand new, and have had nothing but issues with it. I have taken it to the service department, and they cannot seem to fix the problems in one visit....

Above and Beyond 5/10/2007

J.C. Lewis Ford went above and beyond the call of duty. The salesperson did not hassle my wife and I. They treated my wife with the same respect that they treated me with. They did not talk down to her like some dealers do. We are very happy with our purchase and will do business with them again and refer others to them. more

Go somewhere else if you can! 11/10/2005

I bought a ford a while ago, brand new, and have had nothing but issues with it. I have taken it to the service department, and they cannot seem to fix the problems in one visit. I had to have a shuttle pick me up, and it was almost 1 hr and 45 minutes late picking me up! On top of that, the people in the service department are weary about "fixing" anything that's still under warranty, I had to argue with them to get things fixed on more than one occasion. They said it wasn't "necessary, just nice". RIGHT. more
