Only one year did I have a problem with this company. To this day, we (the customers) still don't know why the "rapid refunds" were delayed for over a month, yet we still had to pay for the rapid refund fees. Not fair at all.
Despite that one time, H & R Block does provide quick and easy refunds. If you filed with them before, they usually have your information already onhand. They can easily pull your record up and this will bypass you having to fill out many forms.
Overall, I like this company. I just wish they would lower their fees some.
