This office has VERY rude People! 2/18/2008

I have always used H&R Block, I just moved here to Cleburne though and am using this office on Main st. for the first time. When we walked in the older lady at the front desk was short with us like it was a hassle to service us and answer our questions. Also the lady who did our taxes made us feel stupid when we asked questions. Overall the experience was terrible, I will most likely make a complaint to the manager as well. H&R block is always efficient and great but this office in particular needs an overhaul in the customer service department. I could not belive how rude they all were. more

Super Quick & Prompt Refunds- Most of the Time 11/4/2005

Only one year did I have a problem with this company. To this day, we (the customers) still don't know why the "rapid refunds" were delayed for over a month, yet we still had to pay for the rapid refund fees. Not fair at all. Despite that one time, H & R Block does provide quick and easy refunds. If you filed with them before, they usually have your information already onhand. They can easily pull your record up and this will bypass you having to fill out many forms. Overall, I like this company. I just wish they would lower their fees some. more

I would really recommend this office 9/24/2005

We have been having our taxes done here for many years, except for one year, that we regreted. We have the same Lady that does our taxes every year. She is so very nice and a pleasure to do business with. Sometimes the wait is a bit long, but it is worth it. They have a nice office and parking is not really a problem. If the parking area is full, you can park across the street. There is always parking there. The whole staff is very efficient and tries to keep everything going smooth. more
