We picked out a $2100 armoir entertainment center and had it delivered. However, it came defective from the factory and needed some repair. After contacting the store, I was told it would be a few days before someone could come fix it. After some thought, we decided to just return it, but we had to wait 3 days before they could come pick it back up again. The store is nice with wide selection, but I expected so much better quality on such a high priced item. And then having to wait so long for either a repair or pick up was just aggravating. more
