I went here before I decided to get a new vacuum cleaner. I brought mine in, and the guy said let me look at it and turned, it on. He said, you only need a place wheel on the bottom. That was much. He saved me from buying a new vacuum, The part took 3 days to arrive. He fixed it. They are very inexpensive, and they have timely service. You do not have to wait forever for a part to come back, Some parts are carried in their store, since mine is a older model it had to be ordered.
