I have been doing sewing machine & vacuum business with Brad & Michelle at Gold Coast Sewing Center for 20+ years. Brad's repairs are always done well and in a timely manner. He can perform miracles with old well worn machines. They both have excellent product knowledge and carry an amazing inventory of parts and tools. If more businesses followed the example of Gold Coast Sewing Center and made an effort to know their customers and give friendly customer service it would be a be a great thing. Great Advise, Great Service!! 9/3/2010

I needed a new vaccuum because mine had eaten something that made it unfixable. The owner of the store took the time to show me the selection of vaccuums that he had and described the pluses and minuses of each. We discussed my needs--something that was light-weight and not bulky to conserve space. He suggested the vaccuum that he thought met my needs. It was not the most expensive one or even near the high-end ones. I have been very happy with it. \r A couple of years later, I called the store because I had a problem with it and he directed me over the phone to do one simple thing--press the reset button! Wha-la! The vaccuum came to life again. (no charge, no effort for me!) He also reminded me how to clean the heppa filter. Another store in the area had told me to bring it in and they would look at it for their minimum repair fee. I highly recommend this store, they seem truly honest and reasonable. more

needed help 11/22/2005

I went here before I decided to get a new vacuum cleaner. I brought mine in, and the guy said let me look at it and turned, it on. He said, you only need a place wheel on the bottom. That was much. He saved me from buying a new vacuum, The part took 3 days to arrive. He fixed it. They are very inexpensive, and they have timely service. You do not have to wait forever for a part to come back, Some parts are carried in their store, since mine is a older model it had to be ordered. PROS: fast friendly service CONS: none more

Over the past 30 years the business has exploded with repeat customers and expanded to include Singer authorized independent dealership, as well as other brand name sewing machines. We carry a full line of brand name vacuums and we are an authorized warranty center for Eureka and Panasonic. Bradley's expertise with commercial sewing machines is so well established that "word-of-mouth" is our best advertising! Therefore, we have all but cornered the industrial market in our area. His son, Bradley and wife, Michelle, strive to continue the tradition of an ever-growing, successful family owned and operated business..
