This business has a pretty quick turnover rate, which is helpful when you are out of a vehicle. I didn't have to wait more than an hour to get a tire patched and my tires rotated, which is about average, I guess. Their prices are average to moderate in comparison with other similar local establishments. The main entrance way was clean, but the waiting area was rather ghastly. Don't go there with children-it is definitely NOT a family-friendly waiting area. The last time I was there, the floor/seats were dirty, there was a candy machine that was very unclean. The waiting area did have a television that caught local channels, but all the buttons to change the channels were broken so my toddlers and I were stuck watching a raunchy Maury Povich episode.
PROS: Friendly technician, moderately quick service
CONS: Not a pleasant place to be stuck waiting for your vehicle.
