I have nothing but praise for the people at Total Tire and Service. I have been using this shop for years and I give them my highest recommendation. They are very honest and will bend over backwards to ensure customer satisfaction. In a world driven by fast money it is rare to find a business that strives so hard to build long lasting customer relationships. Billy Hebert and his crew are a group of top notch mechanics that I trust completely. I would not bring my car anywhere else. more

I have been several times now to Total Tire, and it's likely that I won't bother going anywhere else to get my vehicle repaired. The people there are straight up and honest, and the pricing is as reasonable as anyone else in the area. If you must wait on your vehicle's repair, the waiting area is as you'd expect in a small local shop. Not much there and not very comfortable. But there is a rather large shopping area right across the street with restaurants, hair styling, all kinds of stuff. PROS: Quick turnaround of vehicle. Honest. Fair pricing. CONS: A little shabby, but it's a car repair shop after all.... more

This business has a pretty quick turnover rate, which is helpful when you are out of a vehicle. I didn't have to wait more than an hour to get a tire patched and my tires rotated, which is about average, I guess. Their prices are average to moderate in comparison with other similar local establishments. The main entrance way was clean, but the waiting area was rather ghastly. Don't go there with children-it is definitely NOT a family-friendly waiting area. The last time I was there, the floor/seats were dirty, there was a candy machine that was very unclean. The waiting area did have a television that caught local channels, but all the buttons to change the channels were broken so my toddlers and I were stuck watching a raunchy Maury Povich episode. PROS: Friendly technician, moderately quick service CONS: Not a pleasant place to be stuck waiting for your vehicle. more
