Kotz to my home for repairs and duct cleaning. I have a 41 yer old home and the furnace is about 10 years old. I have had to have the blower fixed and the humidifer replaced. Kotz came when they said theywould and repaired the furnance. It took a couple of days to schedule because they were busy. I think they are a good business and prices are pretty competative. Most of all they seemed very honest. Give them a try for an estimate I liked them.
