Although the service I received at Great Oaks Animal Hospital was satisfactory, I was disgusted by the inside of the place. It was dark, dirty and smelled icky. I also felt that we received unnecessary services, which made my bill higher than I expected it would be. However, I was impressed with the vet's helper. She was highly energetic and wonderful with our dog.
