My seven year old visited Prairie View to have an expander put in his mouth. At the initial consultation we met with Dr. Zimmer, who put him right at ease. She has children of her own and was very good at recognizing his fear and helping him to understand what would be done and that it would be relatively pain free. They work very well with our insurance company. We were told our cost up front, as well as what our insurance could be expected to cover. We have never had to wait when we go for an appointment. They get us in and out in a reasonable amount of time
