Wouldn't Go Anywhere Else 11/19/2010

All 3 Doctors are amazing and very caring/ concerned. The staff creates a welcome environment and makes everyone feel as if they are top priority, I mostly saw Dr. Lippincott and Dr. John, I looked forward to each visit because they made such a big deal out of my progress. The 3 Doctors work well as a team and produced results I never thought imaginable. Great results, Great staff... wonderful outcome for the price :) more

Outstanding Orthodontist and office 5/17/2006

As an adult needing Orthodontal work, Dr Zimmer was fantastic. Very clean, thoughtful, helpful, considerate and very professional. Please send all your friends here. PROS: East to schedule, always on time CONS: none more

Caring orthodontist 11/10/2005

My seven year old visited Prairie View to have an expander put in his mouth. At the initial consultation we met with Dr. Zimmer, who put him right at ease. She has children of her own and was very good at recognizing his fear and helping him to understand what would be done and that it would be relatively pain free. They work very well with our insurance company. We were told our cost up front, as well as what our insurance could be expected to cover. We have never had to wait when we go for an appointment. They get us in and out in a reasonable amount of time more

Higher priced - and sometimes too busy - but highly recommended! 11/9/2005

Originally chose Prairie View for the fact that they had a female orthodontist (Dr. Zimmer) and the fact that they had an office in Sandwich (which has recently closed). However, they do have three other offices which makes things much more convenient in case of an emergency like a broken bracket or wire on your child's braces. Sometimes though, even with multiple offices, it was tough to get an appointment for an emergency, but all and all, we made a great choice. Dr. Zimmer is great, the quality of my daughter's dental work is second to none, and she has a clear retainer, which is something I found that most orthodontists don't offer widely. Also worked with me on a convenient payment plan over the course of treatment. All in all, highly recommended. PROS: Quality orthodontia CONS: Very busy offices more
