I love the car that I purchased at CarMax, and know other people who have had a great buying experience. I needed a few minor services throughout the first few months of buying my car. It took at least 3 weeks for me to get an appointment to drop my car off. And each time I had it there, it took at least 5 days before I received my car back. And... on top of it, the job wasn't done right, so I had to bring my car back again, and wait again.
