These guys work 24/7, so I know I can count on them whenever I have AC problems. My house has a tri-AC unit, and it can be very confusing. I've had other repair techs have problems with it and tell me they can't fix it, but never had that problem with 2nd Wind. One time they even came out because it wasn't working. The problem was a switch had accidentally been turned off. The guy simply flipped it back and didn't charge me a thing, even for the service call. Another time a dead animal got caught in a gasket ro something and they removed it and even took the carcass with them instead of making me dispose of it myself. That's class-A service right there.
Also, their vans have pictures of their employees on them so you can get to know them, just like famiy.
