A party of 3 of us ate at the stockyard. I had a ribeye which was cooked properly, but taste like shoe leather. It is definitely not the same quality meat as before the transfer of ownership. This place seems to cater to groups who are from out of town and don't know any better. Both my colleagues steaks were cooked wrong and the filet was not top quality either. Our tab for 3 was $267 with tip which is about $200 too much for piss poor food. Our server was very knowledgable and did a great job.
Pros: Great employees, Good management, Great desserts
Cons: Poor quality steaks, Poor meat quality, Cheap meat
