Just left the Stockyard and ordered the porterhouse medium minus with the potatoes and onions. First let me say the wine list although slightly overpriced is awsome and you will be able tyo find a great bottle for under $55.00. My steak came out raw and cold 5-6 minutes after ordering. the potatoes were piping hot. the bar tender asked how my steak was and I showed him my first cut and he took it back and left the potatoes. after 2-3 minutes another steak showed up cooked to my satisfaction and served hot but ridden full of veins and cartalage. Plus it is augest and it is hot but their air will not keep up with the heat, Bottom line go to Flemmings and have a great time
