Mor Furniture on Menaul have terrible customer service representatives when you call them on the phone. They are not knowledgeable, helpful, or curteous. I bought a sofa 2 months ago and have paid for their delivery service and still no sofa. The least they could do is waive the delivery fee. As a working class citizen of New Mexico and a paying customer we deserve a certain level of service. They should expect to give a customer a reason for late deliveries, a verbal apology for not delivering on agreed date, and talk to customers with a high level of curteous decorum.
