Sucked in by Mor 7/15/2010

We will NEVER buy from Mor again. The service in Albuquerque store sucks. I started complaining about the problems with the furniture we bought 8 months after we bought it. The first 3 service appointments they did not keep. Then they scheduled us from 5 to 7 on a Saturday evening. We already had plans so I told them no. Then I get a phone call saying they would be there on Tuesday. No show again. Then we got another phone call saying they would be there on the following Friday. Guess what. No show again. The furniture is cheap, service sucks, or should I say isn't there. Then I sent them an email asking if I could ever get this crap fixed. Next I get a phone call from this guy as Mor customer service explaining how they want to fix the problem. Of course no service is scheduled. He wants me to take pictures of the furniture and email it to him. He was suppose to send me an email to return the pics. Never got it. Tried to send the pic's to the email he gave me to send them to. Take a guess. Dead email. These people get your money and don't care about anything else. I'm working on a big window sticker for the back of my car. more

Great Furniture Store 8/30/2005

Mor Furniture for Less is a great furniture store. They have a large selection to choose from and have decent prices. There furniture is a very good quality and I would recommend it. Just a fair warning though the sales people do work off of commission so they can be aggressive. They do have popcorn, cookies and drinks in case your little ones get hungry while shopping. more

This furniture store is one of the best in town. The stuff that they have here is nice and you wont find it anywhere in town but there which is a good thing. they always have great specials and good discount for the people who have good credit. I got my kitchen table there about five years ago and it's still going strong. more
