We purchased 2 trees which were flagged as purchased with our name to be picked up in a week. When we returned to pick up the trees, they had been sold to someone else and were gone. There were no other trees of the same type to choose from. Very disappointing since the nursery staff didn't not seem to apologetic until we asked for our money back. We will not return to purchase any more trees. Their prices are slightly higher than other nursuries.
