Just happened by this past Saturday decided to stop and check out the place. I must admit they had some very good looking trees and plants very pricy but nice . I had decided on several items , was strolling the grounds and building enjoying the place not knowing what time it was . We were going out front of the main building to check out another area when we were meet by what appeared to be a very unhappy staffer asking us if we planned on buying anything or not that they had closed 15 min ago and needed to close out there machines.. Her attitude was angry and it shocked me.. I told her yes I was but that I hada couple of questions, She really didn't appear to want to answer any questions I had she just wanted us the hell out of there . I ended up buying only one plant and wished I had not have bought that . I felt really bad after I left there. There are many ways to approach a customer and that is not one of them . I was also very disappointed because my husband was with me and we had actually agreed on several plants, and two blue spruce that I was going to buy ...So Beautiful Pricy plants, scrubs, and tress and terrible customer service .....By the way they close at 4 on Saturdays. I recently purchased a plant package for my new home at John Deere Landscape. They probably have the widest selection around on landscape supplies. They had plants and trees in every size possible, with the soil, mulch, and sod (that looked a lot better than Home Depot's) to fill in. I plan to do a patio in the near future using their belgard products. more

We purchased 2 trees which were flagged as purchased with our name to be picked up in a week. When we returned to pick up the trees, they had been sold to someone else and were gone. There were no other trees of the same type to choose from. Very disappointing since the nursery staff didn't not seem to apologetic until we asked for our money back. We will not return to purchase any more trees. Their prices are slightly higher than other nursuries. more
