I even had to pay an ""expediting fee"" (~$150) and ended up getting my blinds in EIGHT days, and even then I could only choose from a subset of their selection. The service was lethargic; at one point I left a message for the salesman and was told, ""you'll have to call back because he doesn't always return phone calls"". It was nice that they came to my house and measured the windows for free, but all their competitors do that as well. And now I am much regretting not using those competitors instead.
