My wife and I needed a weekend appointment, so we had to schedule an appointment 13 days out. No problem - we're patient. We scheduled for 3/2/2010 at 1:30PM in Auburn, WA..........
At 2:00, we called the 1-800 number and they said there was a scheduling glitch and our appointment was actually in the system for Sunday at 8AM. Oh well - a little earlier than I like to get up on Sunday, but we could work with that...........
Sunday at 8:30AM I call again to see where our "design consultant" is. They weren't sure so they called her but she did not answer the phone. The person on the phone said she was probably driving and en route already - but just in case, call back at 9:00...........
9:00 rolls around - no design consultant. So I call again. Oh - it turns out our design consultant doesn't work on Sundays/Mondays. Why didn't they tell me that the previous 2 times I had called?

Mistakes happen... I get it. But I'm glad this one did! Look at the reviews around the web for 3dayblinds quality! They sound horrible! This "scheduling" snafu might have just saved us years of struggling with poor quality blinds.

Now we just need to find another company to try!
