I had to use this location yesterday to print out a map from my email account. When it took forever to access hotmail and even longer to download the map from the internet, I asked the UNHELPFUL employee what was wrong.
She explained that it was DIAL UP service!!!
You've got to be joking.
In August of 2005, 61% of all HOMES access the internet via broadband, but FedExKinko's in Studio City is still doing it via Dial Up Connection?
If this is their way of making more $$ off people (since you charged by minute of usage), I'm disgusted. Join the present, FedExKinko's! And stop bilking your customers.
