Went on Oct 15, '05. The service was so bad that I contacted EB online with my complaint. I was promised via an email that someone from the 'CEO's' office would be contacting me promptly about it. Yeah, RIGHT! After that initial email and as of this date Oct 26, '05 I have yet to be contacted. I even sent a subsequent email, and still have not been contacted. It's becoming obvious that the EB 'Corporation' could care less about investigating complaints as promised, and thus this service is just as bad as the service in the restaurant. I can't wait for someone to ask be for a recommendation of EB, or how I feel about EB.
