I called Jack at 10 AM to tell him I needed my pants shorted by 4 PM. Although he was very busy, he said it wouldn't be a problem. Even better, when he had a personal event come up, he called me to let me know that he had to leave, but that my pants were finished and I could pick them up now to be sure I didn't miss him later. This was really great customer service!! Jack is very friendly, as well as being a great tailor, and great person. I highly recommend him!
