I was sent a dirty, torn tent and dirty chairs for a wedding reception. When the company was notified about the problem, no one ever returned my phone calls. The company said they would come out and look at the tent but did not until a day later. This caused my event to be set up a day late. Client was rude, raised his voice, and was not at all concerned with my complaint.
