I've been in the rental industry for nearly fifteen years catering small party's of ten to large weddings of hundreds. From tents to dish's...tables to chairs...dance floors to stages...I've rented it all. I've proudly dealt with Olympian for about ten of those years. When it comes to complete customer satisfaction and simply 'MAKING THE CUSTOMER HAPPY'...there isn't anybody in the business who can do it better. My customers are all that I have to keep my business striving. Everything that I provide, reflects a great deal on my capabilities and basically keeping my customer coming back... completely satisfied... every time. I wouldn't recommend anyone else but Olympian for any and all rental needs. It's not only the products your renting...it's experiencing the GREAT relationship of a family owned business who will stop it nothing to make you AND your event a true success on any scale. I spoke to these people regarding the rental of a dance floor. Called them on several occasions to finalize rental and left messages to please call back, but they do do not seem to be concerned enough about business to return calls. I ended up having to go elsewhere. more

I have used Olympian Rental, as a professional Caterer for over 9 years. They have always delivered, unloaded, help set up whether paid to do so or not, picked up on time, and provided great customer service as well as quality product. If something was not right they took care of it immediately. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and will continue to use them even though I am now in a different field. more

I was sent a dirty, torn tent and dirty chairs for a wedding reception. When the company was notified about the problem, no one ever returned my phone calls. The company said they would come out and look at the tent but did not until a day later. This caused my event to be set up a day late.
