Mastros Steakhouse in N. Scottsdale is by far the best overall dining experience west of the Mississippi River. The large bone-in ribeye is unsurpassed! My wife and I travel all over the country and have eaten at Ruth's Chris, Morton's of Chicago, Flemmings, etc. Mastros has it all, perfect service, excellent martini, great food, entertainment and a fine cigar with a glass of Port after dinner is encouraged (not just tolerated).
