I had guests coming from out of town I thought this would be the perfect place to take them. I was wrong. The long and short of it, I made my reservations a week in advance because I had guests traveling 4 hours to attend a show in Milwaukee. We were seated at 5:30 pm and by 7:00pm we only had drinks and appetizers. I repeatedly told the waitress we had time restraints due to the show and by 7:30 pm the manager came over and told us our order was lost. He paid for the appetizers and drinks and offered a return meal which meant nothing to my guests because they live 4 hours away. My guests never received their food and went to the show hungry and unable to eat until 10pm. Completely unacceptable.
