Ray's did not finish the job as I have requested them to do. They offered a non-descriptive proposal, which I was my fault I did not question more. I did contact this business to clarify the job to be performed, and the rep on the phone assured me that my request was as stated by the proposal. Workers show up unannounced twice, but did not remove all stumps as I requested. I called company to demand a reason for unfinished job, and was told it was my mistake for misinterpreting the contract.
