I've used Small Moves 3 times now. Won't use them again. I hired, paid and gave them written instructions on what to drop where. They delivered a washer/driyer not 1/2 mile from the pickup as I wrote, but 20 miles away at the wrong property due to asking my husband rather than reading the directions or calling me.
I hired them again to correct his because my husband was partially at fault. they did not show up. I called, and they said they thought my husband Bill had cancelled. No one called, and my I don't know who 'Bill' is. When I explained the problem with taking orders from anyone except the person hiring them in order to prevent it from happening again, the agent said 'yeah' and hung up on me!
