went in for highlights, left with MULT colored hair! Red, orange, yellow. I have NO idea what happened! You'd think she never did a HL b4. When I showed her I looked like a freaky skunk, she acted as if she had no idea HOW it happened. Used EVERY excuse why it wasnt ""her"" fault..it was ""mine"" (apparently) from was it THAT time of the month? To ""maybe your hair is like an african american/hispanic"" (my whole family is blonde/blue eyed, I have lght brown) was there for 8 hours total (including her TRYING to fix it) never once offered water, magazine..nothing. Obviously got their diploma from a cracker jack box..is there ANY beauty salon out there that can do BLONDE highlights and NOT orange or red or dark yellow?!!!! sigh
